Our story began in Germany in 2008: Oliver Stoll founded the company ‘Gutschein-Connection’. This was the start of successful growth that has made us the leading network for vouchers and advantage offers. In 2011, we changed our name to Sovendus, and today we already have 145 employees working at Sovendus who made this enormous growth possible in the first place. This is also due to the great diversity: our teams are made up of about half women and half men with a total of 18 nationalities and a young average age of 35. Among them are not only permanent employees, but also working students and interns.

In line with the network concept, our colleagues are distributed throughout Germany and actively contribute to Karlsruhe. Our hybrid work model with a remote work share of up to 100% makes it possible. Combined with our flexible working hours, you can reconcile your professional and private life in the best possible way. We rely on trust and personal responsibility.
What makes Sovendus special is our unique team. As different individuals, we pull together and support each other. The elbow mentality is out of place here! This cohesion is strengthened by joint activities, such as after-works and team events or simply lunch together during lunch breaks. With table football, pinball and game nights, fun and games are never neglected!
Our day-to-day cooperation is characterized by a flat hierarchy, open, respectful communication at eye level, and appreciation for the individual. We are on a first-name basis across all hierarchical levels, starting with the application process. At the same time, we offer you plenty of room to contribute your ideas and realize them together with us to bring Sovendus forward and develop yourself individually.
