Theory, practice and lots of fun!
Since autumn 2021, we have been offering a Bachelor’s degree course in Business Informatics – Software Engineering in cooperation with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, DHBW). This gives you all the trump cards for your career: theoretical knowledge and concrete practical relevance. This means you can get started right after you graduate – ideally with us, of course. With good grades, your employment is virtually guaranteed.

It goes back and forth – and yet there is a clear plan for your career behind it. Together with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University at the campus in Karlsruhe, we take turns to prepare you for your career in the best possible way. The training is designed so that you can apply the knowledge you have acquired in practice
How does the dual study programme work?
Your studies are split into practical and theoretical phases, which are organised as block teaching. You alternate between three months of vocational training at our company and three months of study at DHBW Karlsruhe in Nordstadt. You will receive a salary from us and can also rely on our full support the whole time.
And how do you get selected?
It’s a fast process. You apply for the advertised role. After pre-selection, you will have an initial telephone conversation with your manager. We then get to know one another personally. You then have the opportunity to show us your strengths in a short test. Maybe you’ll convince us you’re the right person – and maybe we’ll convince you we’re the right company. If that’s the case, you will receive a contract and get onboarded with us.
