4. Telephone interview
There is usually a telephone interview with the department as an initial getting-to-know each other.
This is followed by two face-to-face/virtual interviews. Depending on the position, we are happy to invite you to a trial day.
6. Our decision
We choose you and you choose us! The contracts are then signed and we can’t wait to start working with you.

We are very interested in getting to know you as a person. Your age, where you come from, your gender, who you love and in whom or what you believe -we are very open about all of that. If you meet the requirements in your favourite tender, are highly motivated, have ideas to offer, and want to develop with us, we should definitely get to know each other.
We’re on a first-name basis. All of them: employees, management and the board. So don’t be shy. Please address us directly by our first names from the first moment on.

First of all things which aren’t necessary: We do not need a covering letter.
What we need: Your complete curriculum vitae, relevant certificates and proof of your qualifications, and a portfolio of work if available. We are also interested to know your expected salary and the notice period for your current position. Write us about what you find particularly appealing about the job and why you think you are the right person for it!
Yes for sure! All that matters to us is whether we can see from your documents which of these positions is a good fit, and why you might be interested in them.
It depends on the position you apply for. Usually we have a telephone interview to get to know each other and then one face-to-face. Due to COVID-19 we have completely converted our interview process to video conferencing. It is important to us that we get to know you, but also that you get the right impression of us. Both sides want to work together in a comfortable environment.
After hitting send you will receive a confirmation that we have received your application. And then we give everything to answer you just a few days after. We also give feedback for telephone interviews and job interviews. But nevertheless: Sometimes it may take a few days longer. The contact person may be on holiday for example. Just get in touch. We are here for you.
No. Advertised positions are usually for immediate start, but we are aware that you will probably not be available immediately. We would be happy to talk to you about your desired start date. If it fits, we will adapt to you!
We will gladly pay for your 2nd class train ticket.. How you exactly submit and how you account for this will be clarified directly in the job interview.
If you move over to work for us, we will be happy to support you with our relocation package.
Dresscode? Whatever you like! Most of us come to work quite casually. The important thing is that you feel comfortable.
Once you have signed the contract, you will receive a link that will take you to our HR questionnaire. On your first day, all newcomers* at Sovendus will have the so-called “Newcomer Day”. The day starts with a presentation from HR, getting to know the team, setting up your hardware and a presentation on the history of Sovendus and its products. This allows you to start directly with us from day one.
