Your job:

Driving and executing impactful marketing strategies for the UK market

  • As a Marketing Manager UK, you will develop and implement cross-channel content marketing strategies, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
  • You will conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • To generate and convert leads, you will create targeted B2B marketing campaigns that drive business growth in the UK market.
  • You will plan and execute industry events and tradeshows.
  • Collaboration with sales and customer success teams will ensure marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs and preferences.
  • You will monitor key performance indicators, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations to optimise marketing performance.
  • Manage social media platforms with a focus on consistent brand messaging and active audience engagement, alongside creating compelling content for multiple channels, such as LinkedIn.

Your profile:

Combination of marketing expertise with strong creative and organisational skills

  • With 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, you have a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience, is preferred.
  • You possess exceptional writing and editing skills, enabling you to produce clear, compelling, and persuasive content for various marketing materials, such as press releases, blog posts, and reports, while tailoring messages for different audiences and platforms.
  • A keen eye for graphics and design, combined with experience using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, as well as an understanding of HTML, is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills allow you to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration and excellent communication skills are key, as you will work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • You have extensive experience in managing LinkedIn and creating engaging content to boost brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
  • Familiarity with the UK ecommerce market and digital or performance marketing is a plus.
