In a joint transaction, Affiliprint and Sovendus acquire the Northway business to strengthen their footprint in the Nordics.
Affiliprint takes over Northway’s Insert Marketing activities, which will be integrated with the international network of Affiliprint. Thereby, the Stockholm-based Northway Media AB will become part of the Linehub Collective.
Sovendus, Europe’s leading Shop Network, acquires “BOOMERANG by Northway”, the affiliate marketplace for e-retailers and digital businesses. The combined network helps leading online shops and brands in the Nordics to find new customers, generate additional transactions and increase revenues. Sovendus AB is also based in Stockholm.
Both Affiliprint and Sovendus will continue to work with Fredrik Lexmon and Jonas Palmqvist, the entrepreneurs who founded Northway.
