Online vouchers
To redeem your voucher, first click on the link ‘Redeem voucher directly here’ in your voucher email. This will take you directly to the online shop website. During the ordering process, a field will then appear (usually in the shopping basket) to enter the voucher code. We recommend that you copy the code to avoid making a mistake when entering it. Some vouchers can only be redeemed via the link in the voucher email. In this case, the discount is automatically deducted in the shopping basket after clicking on the link.
If you cannot redeem a voucher, please check the following:
- Is the voucher still valid?
- Have you entered the voucher code correctly?
- Have the conditions for redeeming the voucher (e.g. minimum order value) been met?
If the voucher cannot be redeemed despite checking these points, please contact us. We will then be happy to check the problem in detail and ensure that you can use the voucher as quickly as possible.
Some vouchers don’t have a code. In this case, the voucher is redeemed via the link in your voucher email. Please click on this voucher link to redeem. You will then be redirected to the shop and the voucher will be automatically added to your shopping cart. Please note that some shops only automatically deduct the discount in the shopping cart if the terms and conditions for redeeming the voucher have been met.
The voucher code is usually entered when you’re in the shopping cart. The field for this is usually located under the order total. It can have different names and might not necessarily be called ‘voucher code’. The wording ‘promotional code’ or ‘discount code’ may be used here. With some online shops, you first have to register or log in to your customer account and go through the ordering process to the last step. The field for entering the code will only appear shortly before you submit your order.
You can only redeem vouchers arranged by us in a new order. Generally, you cannot use the voucher retroactively for an order that has already been placed. If you have any problems redeeming the voucher, please contact the shop you ordered from directly. As an intermediary, we cannot subsequently redeem the voucher for you, as we do not have access to your customer account with the shop for data protection reasons.

To unsubscribe from our newsletter, you can use the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter. Of course, it is also possible to unsubscribe from reminders to redeem vouchers. To do this, you also just need to click on the unsubscribe link at the end of the voucher emails.
Special offers (newspapers, magazines, samples etc.)
We only act as an intermediary for these offerings. A contractual relationship is not established with us. Cancellation or revocation must always be made to your contractual partner directly. You can find information on the contractual partner and a link to the contact details in the order confirmation sent by us.

As a company, Sovendus arranges discount vouchers and advantage offers in cooperation with some sweepstakes organizers as a thank you for taking part in the competition. We have nothing to do with the sweepstake itself and the promised prize. Please note that you may be contacted (including by telephone) by the sponsors of the sweepstakes provider following the competition. Sovendus is not a sponsor. We will not share your data. Contact by telephone on our part is excluded, as we do not receive any telephone numbers from competition providers. You must contact the sweepstakes organizer directly to object to the use of your data.
