Account Manager (m/f/d)
Your job: Implementation, optimization and extension of partnerships with online shops that take part in the Sovendus network
- As an Account Manager at Sovendus you are responsible for the success of our e-commerce partners. While building mutually beneficial relationships with our contacts, you maximize revenues by matchmaking our services with client demand.
- With your enthusiasm, drive and expertise you will represent Sovendus. You will develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients by offering additional services that fit the clients needs, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- You will provide comprehensive support to our partners, from the technical integration to the optimisation of our partnership. Therefor you will ensure that new campaigns in the top segment of the Dutch e-commerce market are set up correctly.
- You will determine the marketing strategy with our B2B customers, develop and manage the digital marketing plan and help them to achieve their digital marketing goals.
- You will communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- On a daily basis, you will work together with different teams within the international organisation. With responsibility for the Netherlands and Belgium, you will work in a small team of seven colleagues. Teamwork is our key!
Your profile: Passionate Account Manager (m/f/d) with a positive mindset and excellent communication skills
- You have an HBO/WO degree and a minimum of 2 years' working experience in a similar role (Account Management, Marketing, Online Marketing).
- You have a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
- With your drive and positive energy, you want to be the point of contact for our e-commerce partners. You are experienced in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Communication and cooperation are in your DNA.
- You are a natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both writing and speaking.
- Affinity with (online) marketing and campaign management is a plus.
