Do you have a question about your voucher, our newsletter or a special offer? On this extensive help page you can find many answers to frequently asked questions. 

Online vouchers

To redeem your voucher, first click on the link “Redeem voucher here” in your voucher email. This will directly lead you to the website of the online store. A field for entering the voucher code will appear during the ordering process (usually in the shopping cart). We recommend that you copy the code in order to avoid errors during input. Some vouchers are redeemed solely via a link in the voucher email. In this case the discount will be automatically deducted from the shopping cart total after clicking the link.

If you are unable to redeem a voucher, please check the following:

Is the voucher still valid?
Did you correctly enter the voucher code?
Have the redemption conditions of the voucher (e.g. minimum order value) been met?
Please contact us if the redemption still does not work in spite of this. We will be happy to check the problem in detail and make sure you can use the voucher as soon as possible.

Some vouchers are issued without a code. Then the voucher will be redeemed via a link in your voucher email. Please click on the voucher link to redeem it. You are then redirected to the store’s website and the voucher is placed in your shopping cart automatically. Please note that for some stores, automatic deduction of the discount in the shopping cart total only takes place if the conditions have been met.

The voucher code is usually entered directly from within the shopping cart. The appropriate field is usually found beneath the order total. It can have different names and does not necessarily have to be called a “voucher code”. The wording “promotion code” or “discount code” may be used here. For some online stores you must first register or log into your customer account and go through the ordering process until the final step. The field in which you enter the code appears just before you send your order.

Redeeming the vouchers we provide always needs a new order. Usually you cannot credit the voucher against an order you have already placed.

Should you have problems with the redemption process, please contact the store where you ordered. We act as the intermediary and so we cannot do the subsequent redemption for you, as we do not have access to your customer account with the store for data protection reasons.

Sovendus app

The Sovendus App is your access to exclusive vouchers from participating companies of the stationary and e-commerce. With the help of the app you can redeem the vouchers in-store or online, saving you a lot of money. You can find the terms and conditions for redemption for your vouchers under voucher details.

The voucher box shows each voucher and how long it is valid for. The maximum validity period is 45 days. As a thank you for each voucher redeemed with the app, you can choose additional vouchers and save them in your voucher box.

To redeem a voucher, navigate to the voucher in the voucher box and click on “Access Code”. You can redeem vouchers for online stores anytime and anywhere. You need to be in the store to redeem a voucher when purchasing in-store. We will tell you where the next store is to redeem a voucher once you have navigated to the voucher details. Discover here further information on how to redeem each voucher, whether online or in-store. If you have activated the reminder function, we will inform you if a voucher is about to expire. That way you can be sure you won’t lose any benefit. You can deactivate this function at any time from the settings of your app.

After redeeming an in-store voucher, you can choose new vouchers as a thank you. You will also receive new vouchers when you have made a purchase from one of our online store partners.

Miscellaneous

Sovendus, in cooperation with lottery providers sends discount vouchers and special offers as a thank you for participating in the lottery. We have nothing to do with the competition itself, nor the promised prize. Please note you may be contacted (also by telephone) by the sponsors of the lottery provider after the competition. Sovendus is not one of the sponsors. We will not pass on your data! We won’t be making any phone calls as we are not provided with any telephone numbers from the lottery providers. If you do not want the organiser of the competition to use your data you must contact them directly.
